ITIL Version 3 Official Launch
It is now confirmed that the official launch will take place on 5th June at Vinopolis in London. Prices are £295+VAT for members of the itSMF and £395+VAT for non-members.
 
Each of the authors will be presenting. The authors will then promote the new books by embarking on a ‘world tour’.
