ITIL Version 3 Publication date

ITIL Version 3 publication date
The owners of ITIL, the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) have announced that the five core publications for ITIL Version 3 will be available from the 30th May 2007. The five core publications are:
  • Service Strategy (SS)
  • Service Design (SD)
  • Service Transition (ST)
  • Service Operation (SO)
  • Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
