14th March 2011 - PS'Soft Inc. a provider of ITIL verified IT Asset and Service Management software has been acquired by Allen Systems Group (ASG) for an undisclosed amount.

 

The acquisition further solidifies ASG's product strategy, designed to automate data center operations and strengthen customers' ability to both manage and deliver IT services critical to business processes.

 

PS'Soft product offerings includes a Service Desk with incident, problem, change, configuration, release, service level and availability management processes, in addition it also offers an integrated asset-management solution with functionality for IT financial management.
