APMG International is not an ATO, but works with ATOs to accredit them by The APM Group. ATOs conduct training and administer exams for ITIL, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, MoR, MoP, Change Management, Agile Project Management and a whole lot of qualifications - both OGC and non-OGC qualifications. Recently APMG-International also tied up with itSMf for ISO/IEC 20000, and now APMG offers exams at Foundation & Practitioner levels, apart from Lead Auditor's exams.
