Examination Institutes (EIs) offer professional ITIL qualifications. Accredited by the APM Group through the ITIL Qualifications Board, EIs operate ITIL examination schemes via a network of Accredited Training Organizations (ATOs) and Accredited Trainers with Accredited materials.
