India - BMC software assists Tata Motors

Tata Motors is currently hot on the news wires with the potential purchase of the prestigious Jaguar Cars and Land Rover from Ford Motor Company. Tata Motors looking to increase its service quality and availability have bought BMC Business Service Management software to assist, incorporating IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
