Pass rate for ITIL Foundation Examination
From January to November 2011 a global total of 224,614 people undertook the ITIL Foundation Examination.
 
The average percentage who passed was 88%, which equates to roughly 197,660 successful candidates passed the ITIL Foundation Examination.
