The benefits include:
  • The ease by which the examination can be completed. In the past many ITIL v2 candidates complained that they had not written essays since leaving school, as a consequence many complained of sore wrists and cramps during and at the end of the three-hour examination.
  • Marking the examinations should be easier and consequently quicker, as there is no dependency to rely upon highly experienced ITIL qualified individuals to mark the examination papers.
