Average Pass Rates for ITIL v3 Examinations [3 comments]

The average pass rates for the ITIL v3 Examinations have been identified following the analysis of information originally supplied by APM Group who are responsible for the overall administration of the ITIL v3 Qualification Scheme. The information covers the period from January to May 2010.
 
The examinations that are difficult to pass are the Continual Service Improvement with an average pass rate of 54.4% and the Managing Across the Life Cycle with a pass rate of 57.8%.
 
The table below provides the average pass rate for all the ITIL v3 examinations.

TIP - When considering an ITIL course ask all the Training Providers you approach to supply details of their average pass rate for their candidates, then compare the figures with the table above. Those that exceed the figures above could be considered more favourable than those that do not exceed the figures above.

There is no mentioned about the date ranges of the exam taken Also what is the sample (or population) size of all examination. For any statistical tables one would expect this information to be available. Can this information be provided?

Interestingly the numbers of people taking the exams all seem rounded to 5 or 10 I wonder why !

Where can I get itil trained? Who is a good provider in Sweden?

For ITIL training we suggest that you only undertake training from an Accredited Training Organization (ATO). All ATOs in Sweden should be registered with the Examination Institute for your country, which is DF Certifiering AB (Sweden). A link to their site can be found by visiting the following page:
