Operational pilot phase of ITIL Master Qualification
Initially the ITIL Master Qualification was promised for release at the beginning of 2010, the development of the qualification has proved more difficult and illusive than first thought.

This month, March 2011, the world of ITIL Service Management awaits further news on the ITIL master qualification that is currently in 'operational pilot phase'. It is expected that further documentation and the requirements for the qualification will be published.

It has been suggested that the availability of the qualification will not be until later in 2011.

Hopefully the 'lessons learnt' regarding the delivery of this product will be shared with the IT Service Management and Project Management communities - Continual Service Improvement for the industry as a whole!!!!
