ITIL 2011 books and PDF downloads
ITIL 2011 ("ITIL v4") provides the latest updates to ITIL v3.

The hardcopies of the core or lifecycle publications were made available at the end of July. On the 23rd August 2011, previously announced as 31st August, the publications will be available in PDF format.

The PDF format is not only convenient by having the ITIL material available electronically, it is also good and 'green' to the planet as it saves on the various paper, printing, fuel, emissions and transportation costs that are associated with the hardcopies.

No doubt with the extensive updates, explanations and additional material, 200+ pages, the ITIL Service Strategy volume it is bound to be a popular download...

Giving something back: All the official ITIL 2011 publications are produced and distributed by The Stationary Office (TSO) in the United Kingdom, like other organizations we at ITILnews have an agreement with the TSO, but unlike other organizations (unless you know different) we donate a percentage of our commission to good causes, but this only works if you and your organization purchase your ITIL publications through our bookstore. For further details can be found by clicking here. Thank-you for your support and the support of others.
