An Introductory Overview of ITIL 2011
As part of the continual improvement and refinement of ITIL in 2011 the ITIL v3 or version 3 books were revised following feedback from those adopting or utilising ITIL, especially around clarity and consistency across the five ITIL core publications. As a consequence minor alterations were made and in some cases, minor additions occurred to ensure ITIL remained current and met industry demand(s).
