The 'Maintaining ISO/IEC 20000' seminar due to take place in Portsmouth in the UK on the 14th May 2008 has been re-scheduled to take place on the 4th December 2008 at the same location. The seminar aims to provide advice and guidance on ways an organization can achieve, maintain and improve its ISO/IEC 20000 accreditation and deliver improved IT Services.
