ITIL and BiSL - White Paper
Well if you have ever wondered what the differences and similarities are between ITIL and Business Information Services Library or BiSL then this white paper is for you.

ITIL provides guidance to IT service providers with a view to enabling business value. BiSL provides guidance that is aimed at user organizations and the activities associated with a domain designated as Business Information Management (BIM). BIM comprises the responsibilities of the user organization with respect to achieving and maintaining optimal provisioning and use of (automated and non-automated) information within the user organization.

The Stationary Office (TSO), the publisher of ITIL, and the ASL BiSL Foundation have jointly produced the white paper to provide guidance and understanding of the synergy and distinctness of each framework.
