All course trainers considering delivering the ITIL v3 Managers Bridge course were required to attend the Managers Bridge course, sit the 20 questions multiple-choice exam and achieve a minimum pass mark of 16 questions to enable them to qualify to deliver the course themselves. Not all passed and re-takes or re-sits are to be organized once additional exam papers have been produced.
