Latest ITIL Version 3 Publications

The ITIL Version 3 core publications have been translated in to both German and Japanese and are available as PDF (Portable Document Format). The complete set of the core publications can be purchased or as individual volumes.
 
The book entitled 'Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle' has been translated into French.
 
Finally the 'ITIL V3 Glossary' has been translated into Arabic, Dutch and Hungarian.
