New ITIL V3 Publication: Small-Scale ImplementationITIL General

The 'ITIL V3 Small-Scale Implementation' has been updated to reflect the Service Lifecycle approach of ITIL Version 3. Guidance is provided to smaller organizations that are either considering introducing ITIL or are looking to improve their current Service Management activities. Also included are suggested combined job roles to support ITIL.
