ITIL Version 3 publishers OGC / TSO have corrected some inaccuracies in the recently launched (November 2006) ITIL V3 Study Aid "Passing your ITIL Foundation Exam".  
The corrections are as follows:

Question 4: Option d should have been: 5,2,3,4,1

6.6.2 Answers 
Question 3: The correct answer should have been: d - all of the statements are correct as stated in Section 6.4 
Page 157 
12.2 ANSWERS TO SAMPLE QUESTIONS 
Question 4: The correct answer should have been: a. The rationale supplied is correct. 
OGC also states that the sample exam questions are deliberately harder than those in the foundation exam to ensure the reader is well prepared for the exam.
