Integrated ITIL Service Management tools are becoming more widely available within the ITIL market.
Whilst there is no 'ITIL Compliant' toolset as ITIL is tool agnostic, various Service Management tool providers offer 'ITIL aligned' products.
There are also other Management Tools available to assist with gathering of Management Information, for example tools for Network monitoring, Capacity monitoring and Availability monitoring and also Discovery tools to aid Configuration Management.
