ITIL service management for UK SMEs seminar
IT Service Management is a multi-million pound global industry.  Delivering quality service solutions is now not just about the technology.  How you deal with service breaks, how you manage change, dealing with performance issues, implementing and delivering the benefits of new technology and managing customer satisfaction at the right cost is crucial to delivering a TOTAL service.  The established best practice for this is contained within the ITIL Service Lifecycle.

This completely free event on Friday 3rd September at CNT's office in Rochdale, will give you a pragmatic overview of the lifecycle, tell you how to avoid the common mistakes in implementing it and how to get the most out of your people through education and service improvement.  This could be the most important message you'll hear this summer to tackle cost reduction AND improve service in your organisation.

The seminar will be delivered by Barry Corless, FISM.  Barry has over 20 years experience at the sharp end of IT in Government, Retail and Managed Service Provider roles.  The last 10 years have been spent designing and delivering IT Service Management education and consultancy solutions based on ITIL best practice in the UK, Europe and Americas.

Barry is a Fellow of the Institute of Service Management, Chairman of the UK Chapter of the IT Service Management Forum (http://www.itsmf.co.uk/) and has been Chief Examiner overseeing the development and upkeep and latterly phasing out of ITIL version 2 qualifications since 2006.  Barry's knowledge of and passion for service management means he is a much sought after speaker from Mexico to Manchester and all points in between.
