ITIL Change Management

We have often found that the primary focus of Change Management and Management as a whole is around the 'Significant' and 'Major' changes, but it will be the lower profile changes that will 'bleed' the organization...

So we should...

  • endeavour to raise the visibility of the changes
  • encourage communication and evaluation of these changes
  • identify any conflicts and dependencies
  • schedule accordingly
