ITIL V3 Intermediate courses - Help is at hand

Are you struggling to make up your mind which ITIL V3 Intermediate course to choose simply because you might not pass the associated exam, if so help is at hand?

On 30^th September 2009, two publications are launched to assist the individual undertaking an ITIL Intermediate exam either lifecycle or capability. The publications not surprisingly are entitled:

Passing Your ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle Exams - Study Aid

and

Passing Your ITIL Intermediate Capability Stream Exam - Study Aid

Each publication provides details of the current ITIL V3 qualification scheme from foundation through to the ITIL advanced diploma. Also included are details relating to the specific intermediate stream (lifecycle or capability) and the associated exams, preparation for the exams and achieving the targeted competencies.
